<p>Romania's President Professor Emil Constantinescu will be your guest on&nbsp;
the&nbsp; 7th of August 1999 and we would like you to support us in our efforts to
regain our flat in Bucharest, Sofia Street No. 13. Our parents bought the 249m2 flat in the best area of the city in 1950. The flat was
nationalized the same year and occupied by Ceausescu's minister of domestic affairs,
Alexandru Draghici.<br>
In 1996 we obtained our flat by judgment. We are now the rightful owners but the Draghici family ( supported by
communists in the government ) keeps on living in our house despite our efforts to evict
them three times. They are paying a rent of only 2000 lei ( hardly more than a few
cents ).  We are only allowed to pay the taxes for the house and the repairs. Could you please help us by mentioning our case to the President.
