 Dear Sir,

 As I have heard, the Romanian President Emil Constantinescu, who never, never was a dissident, will be your guest on the 7th of August and I am surprised that he will get the honor of the CEELI consideration.

I belong to a large category of people whose properties where stolen by the communist Romanian state. Please support me in my efforts to regain my house in Bucharest - Dr. Draghiescu 4 street. The house was nationalized in 1983 when I emigrated to Germany.
