Dear Sir,

Please, in the name of my Father & Mother, my Grand-Parents and my Great Grand-Parents, please help them to regain the house which was taken by the Communist Demon in 1949. You must not let them get away with it.

My Mother, Grand-Parents and Great Grand-Parents are now in Heaven, but left this world with a heavy heart and unfulfilled dreams. My Father is 80 years old. One of his wish came true in 1990; he witness the collapse of Communism. The other wish is to regain the house that his parents and grand-parents built it with their own hands. For that I come to you and ask that you add into your Resolution 562 a new and important paragraph: "SECTION 3. SENSE OF THE CONGRESS"  following point:

"The Government of Romania should act in the spirit of US House  Resolution 562 and Council of Europe Resolution 1123 by returning to the  rightful owners properties wrongfully expropriated by formerly totalitarian  governments.  The return of properties should precede any privatization".

I thank you in anticipation and I hope to make my Father very happy soon,
